He has served in ministry for over thirty-five years working as a Youth Pastor, Christian Education Director, Associate Pastor, and Senior Pastor. He has served in the Methodist Church, in the Evangelical Covenant Church and in independent church settings. A Tulsa native, Jim and his family spent fifteen years in the center of Kansas, in a town called McPherson, where he served as the founding/Senior Pastor of New Hope Evangelical Church before moving back to Tulsa in 2017. He and his wife, Michelle, were married in 1989 and have two grown children. Jim is grateful to be a part of the Covenant Living Family and feels very much at home here.
